OjaiStyle is a fabulous site online that features artists from Southern California's Ojai. It was founded by Katrina Rice Schmidt and Anne Smith back in 2007 to help promote Ojai's amazing artists and sell their beautiful creations. OjaiStyle has so many gorgeous products to choose from: fine art, pottery, jewelry, and hand blown glass items. Every product on OjaiStyle helps you get to know the artists better, you can feel their creativity when you see their art.
And the Puffy Heart Keyring is so beautiful and unique. I love how you can see the work and thought put into it, that it was made by a person. (I've said it before and I'll say it again, handmade products are the best) It has such a warmth that you can't get from factory products. And the texture it has is such a fabulous, unique touch that just makes it stand out. I would really love to see Adrianna Newman (the Puffy Heart Keyring artist) in action. She has added so much life to this piece! I would really enjoy seeing her thought process as she works. All of her pieces have that beautiful, artistic touch. Love them!
OjaiStyle is definitely a great site to go to, to not only help support people (not corporations), but also to get some stunningly beautiful pieces that you will love for years to come. :)

OSA Tour 6th Stop Cindy Pitou Burton Photography
We love the bearded iris but of course the matilija poppy has a special place in our heart. I bought a tiny piece of one of Cindy's poppy's.
More of Cindy's works. Perfect kitchen art.
Posing in front of her gorgeous photography.
OSA Tour Stop Number 5 Shahastra's Fine Art
To mix things up a bit I put in a picture of Shahastra's warm and gracious husband Zubin Levy -- a great artist too.
This is a new piece from Shahastra's 'Earth Prayer's' collection. Good energy.
OSA Tour Number 4: Linda Taylor Print Maker
Linda is a real animal lover. See below for the cutest picture of the tour.
We got a chance to see her lovely new works.
This one would be perfect in my family room.
Tools of the trade.
Linda's press and the beautiful unframed works all available on Ojaistyle.
Arum Lilies and Purple Iris (both would be perfect in my living room).
OSA Tour 3rd Stop Teal Rowe Glass
Here are her glass vessels in every color. You can see her adorable perfume bottles at the bottom (which yes I purchased).
Beautiful stained glass in the entry.

OSA Tour: Stop 2 Ruth Farnham's Studio
Ruth has changed the wood color which we all agreed
I was really drawn to this piece which would be perfect above Katrina's fireplace.
Love this work from 1972.
Here is 'Mosiac' on the tour
Fine Art from the Ojai Studio Artists Tour: Stop 1
Bernadette created these lovely pins for the tour --and of course we both bought one.
Maybe Bernadette will sell these on OjaiStyle!
Here is Bernadette's batik 'Temple of Juno with Prickly Pears' now framed.
Vibrant paper.
Many of you may remember Bernadette's lovely chickens Yin and Yang. I have an update on them but will blog about that later. We loved talking to Bernadette but had so much art to see, we headed out around the corner to Ruth Farnhams studio.
