OSA Tour Stop Number 5 Shahastra's Fine Art

I must have been getting tired because I only took three pictures at Shahastra's Yurt -- and two of them are the same picture.

To mix things up a bit I put in a picture of Shahastra's warm and gracious husband Zubin Levy -- a great artist too.

This is a new piece from Shahastra's 'Earth Prayer's' collection. Good energy.

OSA Tour Number 4: Linda Taylor Print Maker

After our great visit with Teal Rowe, we headed off to print maker

Linda Taylor's Spotted Dog Studio.

We got a chance to see her lovely new works.

This one would be perfect in my family room.

This is Fuzzy Taylor. Linda's two ducks abandoned her and she is now living in the art studio.

I am hoping for some duck inspired art soon!

OSA Tour: Stop 2 Ruth Farnham's Studio

Our second stop was Ruth Farnham's studio near downtown Ojai. Many of you may recognize 'Wandering Path' the 12-panel, 3-part folding screen in rust, orange and brown hues, oil / canvasboard / wood.
Ruth has changed the wood color which we all agreed

really brings out the orange and rust colors. Love it!

I was really drawn to this piece which would be perfect above Katrina's fireplace.

Love this work from 1972.

What a wonderful day we had in Ojai! Below are the pictures we took with many of the OjaiStyle artists on tour this weekend.
